Concealed Protection 3, Inc. offers a sixty day trial period on all SmartCarry® concealed carry holsters we sell, but not those sold by our dealers, as we leave it up to their discretion to offer or not to offer a trial period. To see if one of our dealers offers a trial period, you must contact the dealer. Please note that if you want the option of our 60 day trial period, you must keep the shipping invoice that came with your SmartCarry®. The shipping invoice (or a copy of same) must be returned with the holster (it is your receipt) to obtain a refund. There are no exceptions to this rule.
We do not offer refunds for the following: we do not offer a return for any SmartCarry® concealed carry holsters that we custom make for the user that includes changes in the holster width or depth to fit a specialized or custom firearm, nor do we offer refunds on any width or depth to fit a specialized or custom firearm, nor do we offer refunds on any overseas orders. If we make a holster to your specifications for the gun you wish to carry, we only charge a $10.00 custom fee for this service, and this produces a one of a kind holster and no refund will be given for a custom made holster. For this reason, we only offer our 60 day return policy on our inventory size holsters, which includes our five holster sizes and five strapping lengths. We do not offer refunds on holsters that have been replaced by a warranty exchange, for any reason, and if you receive a warranty exchange holster do not return it for a refund. Not only won't you receive a refund, but you'll have to pay $6.00 S&H to have it returned to you. Only our SmartCarry® concealed carry holsters are covered by our return policy and we do not offer refunds on any other items we sell, and we do not refund the $6.00 S&H charge on returns. If you return a SmartCarry® holster for a refund and include in the package some Bright Sights paint, Sentry Solutions gun care products, car holster or any other item(s) you purchased from us, including Pocket Slipper Laser Aimers you won't get a credit for them and we won't pay the shipping costs to send them back to you. If you want them returned, you'll pay the shipping, so don't return anything for a refund other than a SmartCarry® concealed carry holster! Our one year warranty policy does cover all SmartCarry® holsters (normal wear excluded), including custom made holsters and shipping destinations. You pay the shipping to return the SmartCarry® holster to us and we pay the shipping back to you. If you've returned a SmartCarry® for a refund and then decide at a later date that you would like another SmartCarry®, there is no refund on any SmartCarry® other than the first one you buy. If you have purchased a SmartCarry® and later buy another SmartCarry® you can't return the second holster for a refund, since you had your opportunity with SmartCarry® number one to see if it works for you. Only one refund per customer, and only on the first SmartCarry® you purchase!
When you return the holster for a refund you must include the shipping invoice or a copy of same to receive a refund. And please mention the reason you're returning the holster, for a refund or repair. If we receive a holster with no instructions as to what you wish done, we won't just automatically issue a credit, so make sure you tell us what the reason for returning the holster is when you return the holster, contacting us after you've returned the holster won't work! We do not refund any shipping costs, just the cost of the holster and any applicable Florida sales tax. You can expect a credit to be issued to your credit card (or a check mailed) within 30 days after receipt of the returned holster. And we don't offer refunds at gun shows because of the paper work required. It must be returned by mail to us for all refunds.
Special note on refunds we won't make: If you're a federal agent or law enforcement officer and your supervisor or department head decides that concealed carry by lower abdomen holster isn't allowed, we will not refund the purchase price. We know, as do the vast majority of our customers, that SmartCarry® offers the most comfortable, deepest concealment and safest way to carry a fully loaded firearm and provides a very fast draw. If the above applies to you, please check with your supervisor prior to placing your order.
And like most businesses, we charge your credit card as soon as we receive your order to verify there are no typos in the card account number and that the card is a valid card. If the charge doesn't go through, we immediately contact the customer. As a result, we are charged a percentage of the amount by our bank for the charge and we do the required work to process your order. As a result of this, if you place an order and then cancel it, we will refund the cost of the holster and any other products you purchased and any applicable sales tax, but not the $6.00 shipping and handling charge. We keep that to cover our expenses in processing your order.
