Dear Charlie,

I received my Thunderbelt on Tuesday. Thank you for shipping it quickly. It is the most concealable holster I own. I wear it in a slightly unconventional manner. Lower in the front than normal, because of my body style. This is concealable!! (ABSOLUTELY NO BULGE). Have you had any problems with anyone shifting the position of the belt to accomodate their body style? I also own a stainless combat commander .45 (4 1/4" BBL). I tried this in the Thunderbelt and it covers the gun passed the trigger.

Is my belt the correct size for a commander? Do you ever have any problems accidentally dropping the safety on your .45 especially when you do a lot of physical motions like stooping or crawling? If you can find the time I would appreciate hearing from you.

P.S.: Please let your Congressman know to vote for HR 218 (reciprocity)!!!!

Thank you,

J. D., Tualatin, Oregon

Thunder belt. note: As long as the entire trigger guard is inside the holster pocket, but not so deep in the pocket so you can't draw in a hurry, it is the right size for the gun. J.D. has a size medium Thunder belt. and a medium will handle barrel/slide lengths up to 4.25", but above 4.25" & we send a large.

Charlie

When I got home from work today the belt was in my mailbox. I put it on right away to see if it was everything you said it was. I've been wearing it for almost four hours now and I hardly even notice it is there (that is with a fully loaded Browing Hi-power). This belt is far superior to the Defender. If I develop any problems I'll give you a shout.

Charlie,

I apologize for forgetting to write when my Thunder Belt arrived. Thank you for your fast service. I received it on Tuesday after ordering it on Friday, with Monday being a national holiday! This is the most comfortable concealed holster I have ever used. I have asked my wife to tell me when she thinks I am wearing it and she has had a difficult time ever spotting it. I feel that is exceptional since I carry a medium sized .45, a gun I previously could not carry concealed without a shoulder holster and large jacket. I would recommend your product to anyone wanting to carry who desires a high degree of concealment.

Thank You again,

Charlie,

I forgot to respond when I received my Thunderbelt last week and I am still getting used to it, but I love it! It's surprisingly comfortable with my Glocks and unnoticable. Thank you!

I just want to let you know that I got my Thunderbelt holster a few days ago. I think it is the most comfortable holster I have ever owned. It fits me and the Tomcat nicely. I am very pleased with it. If my friends are interested, I will refer them to you.

Thank You,

Hi Charlie,

Just a quick note to let you know the Thunderbelt arrived today. I'm thoroughly impressed and satisfied with it ! Very nicely (read: high quality !) made and it works EXACTLY as described. I feel you have a winner here !!!

Fact is, I'm so impressed, I'd like to order the exact same model, but for a S&W 686+ with a 3" barrel. Can do? Yup, count on me as a VERY satisfied customer !!!! Hope your success grows as you have most definitely hit on an untapped market for the "perfect" hidden holster.

Best Wishes and Regards,

R. F. - Connecticut

P.S. My complements on the VERY attractive model in the brochure :-) !!!!
Charlie,

I've found that certain pants seem to work better than others. I have some fairly baggy, canvas type pants that make it very difficult to see any bulge at all. Actually, I find that with my semi-formal dress pants with quite serious pleats in them, the bulge is almost un-noticeable. I'm sure that with a little experimentation I will find that I am more comfortable wearing it. I'm glad that you are doing well at the shows. It's good to see a business that cares about it's customers have success. Thanks again for all your help and your innovative product.

Hi Charlie,

I received the Thunderbelt today, and gave it a test run... it's terrific! I've been wearing it all day under a pair of shorts, and even my wife hasn't noticed a thing. I think I'll keep wearing it until she notices, to see how long that will take. Then she'll probably want one, too!

I was skeptical since no 'inside the waistband' type of holster would work for me, but it's really comfortable, is surprisingly easy to use, and conceals extremely well.

cheers,

B. P. - CA
Bruce,

They are great, aren't they. Just remember, practice your draw, as the instructions say, unloaded of course. Hope you like yours as much as I like mine. Carry my 26 Glock in them.

Charlie:

I have received the Thunderbelt that I ordered and now that I've had a chance to use it I've got this to report.

It's the most comfortable holster and the most concealable that I have. I ordered it to fit my Glock 19, it fits fine, and imagine my surprise that when I tried my Glock 26 it not only fit, but due to its size was even more concealable. Not satisfied with this I also tried wearing my Walther PPK in the same holster and it worked great as well.

I'm extremely happy with your product and am going to order another soon for my Mustang Pocketlite. Thanks for a super product.

I have both Thunderwear and the Thunderbelt and I can tell you that the Thunderbelt wins hands down on quality. I can't draw my S&W 640-1 out of my Thunderwear. It snags on the cylinder every time. The Thunderbelt is made differently. No seams to snag on.

I can't recommend the Thunderbelt highly enough!!

The main limitation of the Thunder belt from my perspective is that drawing from a sitting position is difficult (though not impossible). This would be have to be due to my being 30 or 40 pounds overweight.

I have had occasion to draw in a car with a seatbelt on when threatened once. I am 6'8"/184 pounds (about 20 overweight). While not a fastdraw it only took a couple of seconds.

I am a thoroughly pleased customer and just ordered my second today.

Will you give me a refund on my Pager Pal? :-) I'll take 50%!

Charlie,

My TB combo arrived today - thanks for the speedy service. It's looks and feels great. One thing that I'm not sure about though - I am having some problems concealing the butt of the gun. There seems to be a rather obvious bulge at the top front of my pocket. Any tips to make it less conspicuous? I've tried it with jeans and chinos and have tried it with a J-frame S&W as well as a PPK. I'm not sure if I have the placement correct. Exactly where should the butt be in relation to a belt - underneath the belt or below it?

Thanks for your assistance.

I have had occasion to draw in a car with a seatbelt on when threatened once. I am 5'8"/184 pounds (about 20 overweight). While not a fastdraw it only took a couple of seconds.

It is amazing what one can accomplish when the adrenaline is running.

I agree with you that the high level of comfort and concealment outweighs the extra effort (depending on gun & your physique) that might needed to draw in sitting position.

Can anyone describe how it is different? I haven't seen any ads for it yet. Is it from the same fellow that created ThunderWear?

It's very similar, I think the construction is slightly different to eliminate some seams that can snag the gun when you draw. I don't believe it's made by the same guy, just someone that had a "slightly better idea" is how I read the situation. I have one here, first impression is it may well work out, but it'll have to make a few outings before I'm sure of that. ;-)

Charlie,

Got the TB yesterday. It looks great. The new material looks sturdier than the old which I just about wore to rags in the last 1 1/2 years. A really pleased repeat customer.

Thanks

I bought a thunderbelt from you at war memorial this past saturday. It is terrific and I love it.

I heard about it from AL RANTELL on WFTL.

Thank you,
